OUR HISTORY
As of September 25, 2023 SG CONSTRUCTION, was created by a merger between Christopher L. Boll of B5 Industrial and Jerry M. Richardson of R-Tex Services, LLC in combination with the addition of two principals of Cayuga Capital Management LLC.

The formation marks an exciting collaboration between industry veterans and seasoned professionals. Christopher L. Boll and Jerry M. Richardson brings a wealth of knowledge in industrial construction projects. Additionally, the principals of Cayuga Capital Management LLC bring their expertise in finance and business management to ensure the success and growth of Construction Squared Group LLC. This strategic partnership ensures that the company is well-equipped to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the industrial construction industry.
